At the request of the Van Winoxbergestraat Homeowners Association, BKT was responsible for tendering and commissioning planned maintenance and supervising/guiding the work activities. The activities consisted of replacement of the roofing, zinc edge strips, roof penetrations, skylights and the base of the chimneys.
