At the request of Provides housing corporation, 35 apartments across 3 blocks were realized along the Panoven in IJsselstein. The apartments are located along the Hollandse IJssel river. Two building blocks are provided with underground storage garages, in which 35 vehicles can be parked. The construction plan was inspired by mass construction and materials used in the former structures. Especially block C (sloping roof) ensures that the character of the former buildings is maintained. At the request of Provides, BKT was responsible for contract management, quality management and building management.
