Planned roof and facade maintenance and balcony renovation

The work activities involved in this project were extensive and related to both the facade and the roof. Jointing and masonry restoration was carried out and the brickwork was germinated. The wood decay in the roof edges, roof edge coverings, window frames, windows and doors was removed and partial replacement was carried out if necessary. Various steel structures, roof edge coverings, window frames, windows and doors were painted. The balconies were renovated, the concrete supporting structure was restored and steel outer balcony replaced. The roof tiles were rearranged and partly replaced. At the request of the homeowners association, BKT was responsible for tendering and commissioning the planned roof and facade maintenance, supervising the work activities and final delivery.
