Planned facade and roof maintenance

The work activities involved in this project were extensive and related to both the facade and the roof. Jointing and masonry restoration and partial replacement was carried out and the facades were cleaned and impregnated. The wood decay in the window frames, windows was removed and partial replacement and new paintwork was carried out. The roof tiles and ridge tiles were rearranged and partly replaced. In addition, the roof windows, lead flashing and expansion elements of the zinc gutters were also replaced. The roof of the garages was overlaid with bituminous roofing. BKT was responsible for tendering and commissioning the planned roof and facade maintenance, supervising the work activities and final delivery.
