The project consisted of balcony renovation; the wooden supporting structure was replaced with steel. In addition, the walls and jointing were restored and the wood decay in window frames, windows and doors was removed or partial replacement and new paintwork was carried out. At the request of Ymere, BKT was responsible for tendering and commissioning the project, supervising the work activities and final delivery.
