The work activities involved in this project were extensive and related to both the facade and the roof. Jointing and masonry restoration was carried out. The wood decay in the window frames, windows and doors was removed and partial replacement occurred. Various steel structures, the ispo facade, roof edge covering, window frames, windows and doors were painted. The roof was reassessed, the vegetation and gravel was removed and the roof terraces were cleaned. At the request of the homeowners association, BKT was responsible for tendering and commissioning the planned roof and facade maintenance, supervising the work activities and final delivery.
