Quality management

The deployment of a project supervisor varies per project and is dependent on size, construction method and planning. If a project is not too extensive or if due to circumstances a supervisor cannot be appointed, we may offer you quality management instead.

Quality management involves periodical inspections of the work. The inspections may be conducted unannounced, weekly or monthly. The results are processed in a report and supported by visual material.

“If the work is monitored, the intended quality can be achieved.”

The quality reports consist of an introduction, progress report, safety and quality observations and a conclusion.

We provide quality management for project developers, housing associations, HOA managers and contractors.
