In Zoetermeer, HOYT architects designed a beautiful detached villa of 960m³, including a fully recessed basement. The design is characterized by its mix of contemporary and classic aspects and its warm appearance. What makes the design especially unique are the bay windows and roof shape. BKT is responsible for leading construction team meetings and tendering and commissioning the project. During the execution phase, BKT will be responsible for building management and quality management. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
